About us
Groundworks Engineering is a building consultancy to help you achieve compliance, maximize efficiency and keep every project submission moving. We specialize in submitting documents for A&A works approval from relevant authorities.
Embarking on a building project can be a complex and challenging journey, with regulatory requirements, technical considerations, and logistical hurdles. That’s where we come in – from assessment to approval, we provide you with the expertise, guidance, and support to navigate through it all with confidence. We work with a dense network of architect firms, interior design firms, main contractors, M&E/Civil engineers tenants, developers and more to submit the necessary documents required to get every space ready for occupancy and operations.
We work closely with qualified architects, professional engineers, registered inspectors and authorities to ensure that your proposed additions & alterations works carried out are compliant with the prevailing local regulatory requirements and the latest Singapore standards code of practice.
